I just got home from a trip, and during the whole flight, I put together a surprise birthday book for my husband (so don't let him know!). As soon as I finish adding all the photos, then I'll drop in some video, (no, the video isn't in the books...that would be incredibly hi-tech and futuristic! :), and then burn the whole album to a disc. Then when I get the hardbound book, I put the disc in the inside front cover and wa-la, I've got both hi-tech and hi-touch in one place. Anyway, I love taking time on those flights to pull out my laptop and get caught up on memories preservation...makes me feel like I'm kind of being a good mom and all. I do that when we're driving on little trips here and there. Problem is, I'm getting addicted to making books for every occasion and favorite person...I have 6 books in the works right now. But it's a great addiction to have! Better than the chocolate one I have...
